What is the payment method?
The payment method we use is the Paypal system which is the most used in the USA for online purchases. It allows making transactions in full safety for the seller or the buyer.
What are the different delivery methods?
There are two, depending on where our products are stored. All products are stocked in the USA except for the products displayed under the "High-quality imports" and "luxury watches" menu, which come from our warehouses in Europe or Asia for certain specific types of products.
What are the delivery times?
Orders are processed within 24 hours and can take up to 48 hours depending on demand.
It can take between 1-4 business days (not including weekends and national holidays) for us to prepare a package for delivery.

For products stored in the USA
Packages are shipped with USPS and take an average of 4-9 working days to arrive at their destination.

For products stored in Europe/Asia
Packages are sent via our international shipping system and take approximately 10 to 25 working days to arrive at your location. It may take less than 15 days for the package to arrive.
Are the shipping costs free?
Yes, absolutely, for all the products on the site whatever their price, and this will not change.
How to have a tracking number?
As soon as the warehouses proceed with the shipment of the package, a tracking number will be available and we will immediately make it available to you by sending you an email and in the Paypal service linked to your transaction. 
You will then have two sources to retrieve this number.

The information provided for tracking a package, whether on a website or a smartphone application, is not displayed constantly and it is therefore normal that tracking information sometimes gives the impression of being frozen but it is not, don't worry.
I received a damaged item

We’re very sorry to hear that your package did not arrive in perfect condition.


In order for us to follow this up with our shipping partner, we kindly ask you to prepare the photos of:

  1. The damaged item
  2. The inner and outer packaging

Then, please use the contact form and specify the order number, we will then send you an email address created for this purpose.

I have received an item that does not work or is defective.
Sometimes it is not possible to take pictures or a video of a defective object.
Therefore you should prepare a text with all possible details of what is wrong and what exactly you did with the object as soon as you took it out of its packaging.
Since this information is not provable, it should be as detailed as possible. This is to provide our shipping partner with this information ourselves.

What are the conditions for refunding a product?
  • Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
  • Instead of returning items, most of the time you will get a full refund. Why? Returns run counter to our emphasis on sustainability: every return has a carbon footprint. 
  • If the item you purchased is damaged and does not work when it is delivered to you, simply contact us and specify the transaction number (which is marked in the email you received to confirm your purchase). Then we will ask you to send us photos proving the damage that your package would have suffered and we will start the procedure for refunding the product.
  • In some cases, we may offer to send you a new item instead of a refund if you wish.
  • Sometimes it is not possible to take pictures or a video of a defective object.
    Therefore you should prepare a text with all possible details of what is wrong and what exactly you did with the object as soon as you took it out of its packaging.

  • We have a 30-day refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund.
  • Please note, we will only accept refunds for damaged or faulty items. We do not accept refunds for change of mind.
  • The refund is effective after 10 working days maximum and will be returned to your Paypal account.
Can I cancel my order?
Our system processes the orders immediately but we leave ourselves a delay of 4 hours before transmitting the order to the warehouses to prepare the package and send it.

So, after these 4 hours, it is not possible for us to go back.
Can I get a refund if I change my mind after receiving the product?
We are sorry but we do not refund a product if you have changed your mind.
What is the quality of the products on the site and are they tested?
Every product on sale on the site is tested by the MRS team and is always a quality product respecting very strict criteria of reliability, solidity and life span.
This is our number one goal when looking for new products.
